Billing information: The firm bills by hourly rates and flat rates. We also offer contingency fees for certain cases. Contingency fees are only offered for petitions to recover money for damages and are not offered for petitions to require other persons or entities to take action, or to perform work or remediation. A contingency contract is one where no payment is made by the client unless the firm recovers money for you. Where contingency fees are warranted, we do offer a free consultation. Otherwise, our hourly rates are $115.00 per hour for paralegal time, and range from $225 to $300 per hour for attorney time. Expenses incurred by the firm are added to hourly rates. Flat rates are offered for preparation of forms, wills, Advanced Health Care Directives and trusts, and for incorporations and noncommercial closings.
